Via Ars Technica, Microsoft has released a new WYSIWYG blogging tool that not only works with Windows Live Spaces, but other blogging services as well via multiple APIs, including RSD, metaweblog and MT.

Pay attention to the blogging themes Microsoft uses in their screenshots. Look familiar?
